Holi One Manchester.

As I mentioned last week, I went to the Holi One Colour Festival in Manchester. Unfortunately the weather wasn't as nice as we'd hoped, but that didn't spoil the atmosphere or the amount of colour thrown! We did get and hour or so of sunshine so that was nice. The day was packed full of dance/house tunes, with a live saxophone player which was really cool and lots of colourful powder

We threw the powder every hour, on the hour and the whole place turned into a huge dusty rainbow for a few minutes before it settled, mainly in my hair. For some reason the colour didn't stick too well to our t-shirts, but I promise you we were in the middle of this madness for a good few colour throws.

It was a really relaxing and chilled day and the atmosphere was super friendly. Everyone seemed to have so much fun and I guarantee nobody left the same colour they came as. It was a really fun day and something different to do - I will certainly be attending again next year.

Thanks Holi One for having me!

  1. It's looks like so much fun! I'm so annoyed that the holi festival in paris isn't until the end of September.
