Trilogy Rosehip Oil.

Trilogy Rosehip Antioxidant Oil Sample Size (Full size 20ml - £16.50)

I got this little sample size in a set from What's in my handbag, I was really excited to try this as I've heard great things about Trilogy and this particular product. I assume the bottle is designed the same way as the full size, it comes with a little pipette which is great as you have control over how much you dispense, plus you can reach the very bottom of the bottle. I've been using about a full pipette for my whole face - bearing in mind this is much smaller than the full size. Rosehip Oil is renowned for it's antioxidant properties and great for reducing scarring and ageing, which is fab for me as I still have some acne scars that won't budge.

I've never used a face oil religiously before so I asked the skin care guru Caroline Hirons on twitter when I should be applying. She replied and told me on an evening before bed or a morning if I'm not wearing make-up that day. So I tend to use it on a night for ease, as part of my evening routine.

I don't think I've been using this long enough to see any dramatic effects, but I have noticed my skin is much plumper on a morning after using this and it appears less dry and flaky too. I've been applying a moisturiser over this on an evening, just for an added extra boost.

This oil feels lovely on your skin, and sinks in straight away. It's really therapeutic massaging it in and feels like you've just had a lovely facial. This hasn;t really got a scent, so if you are allergic to products or have sensitive skin this could be one for you to try Plus it's organic, cruelty free and is literally what it says on the bottle - pure Rosehip seed oil.

You can pick this up from Boots, but I have found it here for £13.15 delivered.

Do recommend any other Trilogy products?
