3 Ingredient Pancakes.

This recipe is super easy, plus it's a bit healthier than 'normal' pancakes and it's gluten and dairy (bearing in mind you avoid the Nutella) free!

I made pancakes for one, so I just halved the recipe:

2 Bananas - Riper the better
2 Eggs
1/2 Cup/155g of Peanut Butter/Almond Butter 

Whisk it all together then fry. I used a bit of vegetable oil, but I don't see why you couldn't use and alternative like margarine or spray oil. 

These are soo simple to do, and literally take 5 minutes which is fab if you're just after a quick brunch. I was a little naughty and topped mine off with Nutella, but these would be equally as nice with some golden syrup or some alternative healthier topping!

When I make these again I'm going to try and add a little more peanut butter, as they were slightly too bananary for my taste, but other than that these are a great healthy-ish snack.
