Popeye the sailor man.

A few months ago I came across a blog (I can't remember whos..) but nevertheless I discovered a fab recipe. Kale crisps - If you have never tried this you MUST, it may sound disgusting but trust me they are VERY moreish.

This is like the easiest thing to do EVER;

  1. Tear off the florets, toss them in a mixture of olive oil, salt, pepper and a spice or herb, I used paprika.
  2. Lay them out onto a lined baking tray, and place in an oven around 180 degrees. The recipe I followed said to leave them for 15 mins, but I've found that they actually only take 5-8 minutes depending on how crispy you want them!
  3. Remove from the oven and serve! Voila.
They are so yummy and minus the oil, are pretty healthy too. Much better than grabbing a packet of crisps, plus your getting some of your 5-a-day. You can't go wrong with that!
